Overview

 

The New Staff Training targets new employees from Geistlich Headquarters, Affiliates and Distributors. The content of the training is tailored to the needs of sales, marketing and education people, but other interested people are also welcome to participate. Among other topics, the training provides information on the company itself, the treatment solutions, Geistlich products and their quality. The training is held in English only. 

The New Staff Training follows a 2-level approach: 

  • Level 1 will take place online and is a 4 hour training to achieve a general understanding of Geistlich as a company. In this training, you will get a brief introduction into several topics like branding, products, quality, regenerative technologies and complaint management. Therefore, this training is suitable for all new employees. There are two timeslots available to make the training available for people from countries in the East and West.  
  • Level 2 takes place on-site in Switzerland and is a 2.5 day introduction on an in-depth level with the focus on our treatment solutions and products. This type of training is especially suitable for people from sales, marketing and education teams and other people with the need for a deeper knowledge about the treatment solutions and products. The seats are limited to 22 for each training. 

 

Prerequisites: 

Level 1:   

  • completion of pre-course consisting of e-learning modules (In total about 60 minutes. You will receive access at least 4 weeks ahead of the training). 

Level 2:  

  • attendance of level 1 training 
  • completion of pre-course consisting of e-learning modules (In total about 120 minutes. You will receive access at least 4 weeks ahead of the training). 
  • organization and coverage of costs for travel to Lucerne, Switzerland (flights & train) 

 

The training itself including the costs for hotel and food during these days is sponsored by Scientific Education.
